I can't remember how much I ate of those sticks, but in those many years I regularly took something from the Thai BBQ.

Take for example the 'Tom Yum' soup, the well known Thai fish soup with fish balls, shrimps, pieces of fish, mussels combined with various Thai herbs. The spicy Tom Yum soup is the most popular Thai soup. Can be spicy but very tasty.
Then you have different kinds of noodle soups sold in many street stalls. With red pork, with chicken, with liver, mixed, fish balls and always you can make the soup taste as you like. For example, on the table there is always the fish sauce, the red ground fresh chilies and the brown sugar. Together with the chop sticks and a spoon this is served. They are delicious special Thai soups
The traditional cooking methods are baking, grilling, or stewing. The dishes, or the meal served at once, to enjoy the different tastes combinations of the delicious cuisine. Thai dishes or food is eaten with a spoon and fork. To eat Thai food, you don't need a knife, the people used the spoon to bring the food to the mouth.

A top restaurant which opens 24/7. It's located every Foodland supermarket in Thailand.

Delicious this authentic Thai grilled fish in salt, the grilled tilapia, sea bream, snapper or sea bass in salt on the grill, delivered with thin noodles, salad and delicious spicy sauces. This 'Pla Pao'(ปลาเผา) is a favorite for me to eat every two weeks, really blissful how some street vendors prepare this. I loved seeing street stalls in Thailand that specialized in this delicious grilled fish and always stopped to buy it when I saw it.
'Gai Yang' Thai-Style Grilled Chicken.
The grilling chicken, known as 'Gai yang' (ไก่ย่าง), is delicious. An authentic street food style that will have you licking your fingers. Gai yang, grilled chicken, and throughout Thailand you’ll find many different types of it, depending on personal family recipes and regional location. The Thai grilled chicken is especially common to eat along with hot fresh sticky rice and som tam, the green papaya salad. With this combination, you’ll have a great Thai meal that will make your taste buds rejoice!
