In May 2020, the Siren and Thai boxing complex, standing proudly in front of the Pattaya Beer Garden, bid farewell to its patrons. This closure marked the end of an era for a venue that had been synonymous with Pattaya's nightlife for many years. However, amidst the silence, new beginnings stirred.
A couple of bars emerged on Pattaya Beach Road, near the still shuttered Pattaya Beer Garden, breathing fresh energy into the area. Renamed as Siren Square, this revamped space welcomed a number one bar, becoming a beacon of hope for the once thriving nightlife scene. Then, on a fateful day in March 2022, Pattaya Beer Garden reopened its doors, heralding a new chapter for Pattaya's iconic Walking Street.
Nang Nual, a culinary legacy in transition.
The world famous Nang Nual sea food restaurant faced a transformative fate in May 2022, as part of its structure was marked for demolition. Despite the changes, the panoramic view of Nang Nual, with its remnants standing tall, evokes memories of culinary delights and shared moments. While the land awaits new projects, the spirit of Nang Nual continues to linger, beckoning visitors to cherish its legacy.
Simon bar complex, from closure to rebirth.
June 2021 saw the entire Simons complex, spanning 22 meters wide and 50 meters deep, up for rent, signaling a shift in ownership and opportunities. By December 2021, the curtains had fallen on Simon bar complex, paving the way for its imminent sale.
However, in February 2022, a phoenix rose from the ashes as Frog Land emerged from the remnants of Simon's. Surprisingly, Frog Land's area quickly became a hotspot, solidifying its position as the sole bar complex on Pattaya Walking Street by November 2022.

As of June 2021, the entirety of this street complex, nestled in the northern part of Pattaya Second Road, awaited eager tenants. While uncertainties loom, the vacant space holds the promise of revitalization, offering a blank canvas for entrepreneurs to carve out their visions and dreams. (Already demolished).

In Soi Lucky Star, a popular fish restaurant stood as a testament to Pattaya's culinary prowess before the pandemic. Despite the challenges, Marine seafood reopened its doors in August 2022, reigniting fond memories and culinary adventures for locals and visitors alike.
